This fee includes the complete camp program (including horseback riding), room, board, arts and crafts materials, supplemental insurance coverage, a Circle F yearbook and a Camp T-Shirt. Extras not included are personal laundry ($15.00 per week) and camper’s personal bank account (suggested deposit of $25.00 per week). There is no sales or tourist tax on camp fees. Paintball and off-site excursions require additional fees.

Early Booking Discount - A five percent (5 %) discount will be given to campers who register by January 31st, 2008.

Sibling Discount - A five percent (5 %) discount will be given on tuition when two (2) or more children from the same family are enrolled in the same session.

Multiple Session Discount - A 5% discount will be given on tuition when campers enroll for more than one session.

Presentation Parties - Host a camp presentation party for your friends and families to learn more about Circle F, and receive a $50 credit to your camper's personal bank account!* For each child who registers for camp as a result of your party, you will receive $50. **

* Credit is non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.
** Campers must be first year campers. A check will be sent to party host after camper has registered and paid in full.

Registrations received by May 1st will include a deposit of $500.00 paid to Circle F Dude Ranch Camp.

Registration received after May 1st need to include full tuition payment upon enrollment.

Payments may be made by Check, Cash, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, Money Order or Bank wire.
